Goodwill Manifesto 


Fabrika Decoru is a company that has been manufacturing goods for creativity, crafts and scrapbooking for more than 10 years and has gained a huge experience in shipping its goods all over the world. During this time we have delivered a lot of goods and acquired a large number of customers who have subsequently become our great friends. Unfortunately, the aggressive and horrible war that russia has been waging against our people for many years has significantly hindered our growth and sales. We are fully realizing that many of our customers (both wholesale and retail) are worried and discouraged by this uncertainty, as they are concerned about the possibility that the orders will not be delivered and they will lose money as a result. Therefore, as an act of goodwill, Fabrika Decoru GUARANTEES a full (100%) refund to retail customers (for wholesale customers, please see the refund terms in the appropriate section) in the following cases:

1) the total combined weight of all shipments to one customer is up to 15kg (in case of exceeding this value the terms of delivery and return to wholesale customers are applicable);

2) the shipment is insured for the full value of the enclosed goods;

3) more than 30 days (for European countries) or more than 60 days for other countries have passed from the moment of sending the order and obtaining the tracking number;

4) based on the tracking status, the shipment has not left the territory of Ukraine after sending.

The cost of goods and delivery will NOT be refunded in cases of:

1) the recipient indicated an incorrect address of delivery;

2) the total weight of all shipments to one customer is more than 15kg;

3) based on the tracking status, it is determined that the parcel was delivered to the country (city) of the Recipient;

4) the parcel was delivered to the Recipient's country, but was delayed by the local customs and is waiting for the recipient to pay customs duties;

5) the Recipient for some unknown reasons refused to receive the parcel;

6) the recipient has not taken any action to collect the parcel from the local post office or post office box for a long period of time.


If you are a retail customer, then we recommend using the services of the Ukrainian national carrier - UkrPoshta. This company's shipping service is cheaper than others offer. They may ship by ground (sea freight) or by airmail. The cost of shipping usually depends on the weight and dimensions of the parcel (as well as the delivery method). To calculate the exact value of delivery cost, first of all, place your order in our online store. If your country is present in the tariff's base, the system calculates this value automatically (Note: this feature exists only for retail customers).  Otherwise, our manager will report to you all possible and convenient variants of delivery to your country.


If the total price of the goods in the placed order is less than the specified amount (10$ or 10€ for retail orders) per 1 order we got within a day, we will be forced to add the handling and packaging charges.

Retail orders picking is carried out within 2-5 business days for retail customers from the date of payment. Wholesale orders are being completed within 5-10 business days of receiving payment.


Important notes: 


  • During promotions or sales, as well as on the eve of and during mass holidays and celebrations, the time of order picking may increase to 10 working days. Please, consider this when ordering.

  • In case the parcel was damaged due to the fault of the delivery service, we will give you a proportional discount on your next order in the amount of the value of the damaged goods. In the latter case, (if your parcel arrives damaged) we ask you to take a video of the damaged package immediately upon arrival and unpack the damaged package on the video camera. We will not accept any claims unless we receive photo or video proof.

  • We do not accept claims if the goods were frozen during the delivery process due to weather conditions and arrived to you defective. Please consider the description of the goods in the context of the possibility of their transportation in cold weather.



International Shipping Terms and Conditions

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country. International orders (shipped to countries outside of Ukraine) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are levied once a shipment reaches your country and must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and can change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.


Also please note, we cannot be liable for any delays while your parcel is delivering.


Some items may require special handling as specified by local regulations governing the transport of these items, therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

The items' prices are exclusive of any import duties, taxes, and shipping charges.  If you have any questions about shipping to your country, please contact our service department via email sale@fdeco.eu.


Please note, we CAN NOT and DO NOT accept returns for items of the proper quality shipped internationally.

Warning! Pay attention to the description of the goods, which have a liquid base. Some of them CAN NOT be shipped in the wintertime.
