Shimmer paint Silver 30 ml is all-purpose, water-soluble decorative paint. Perfectly fits for scrapbooking, decoupage and various types of crafts. The paint is used to create shiny accents. It is easily applied to any clean surface (ceramics, wood, paper, cardboard, primed canvas, metal, leather, etc).
