Artbox Fishing

Artbox Fishing is specially designed for arts and crafts wooden multilayer interior kit (shadowbox kit).

Each layer can be painted and decorated using Fabrika Decoru decorative materials. Ready Artbox can be interior decoration, as well as a separate decorative object. The artbox can easily serve as a night lamp by installing a diode strip or a luminous wire into it.

The kit includes all the necessary materials to complete the woodworking project. The laser-cut pieces are easily joined together. It takes just a little time to assemble your wonderful artbox with the included step-by-step instruction.

As a basis, high-quality, non-toxic 3mm thick MDF is used. All necessary materials to assemble the artbox are included in the kit. Each layer of the composition can be painted with paints, optionally supplied in the kit, according to the attached color scheme.

To give your finished craft project a personal touch, just decorate some elements of the composition applying materials from Fabrika Decoru wide product range. For example, use glitter or glitter mousse to simulate frost or snow, the shine of green grass, or dew on it. Using texture pastes, mediums, or rustic paints, you can achieve 3D effects on the surface. Metallic and chameleon paints will add a specific metallic luster to the elements of the composition, and shabby velour paints will create an atmosphere of coziness or vintage in your work.

Assembling:

1. Before assembling, paint the parts in accordance with the illustration on the label (or decorate them to your taste and preferences). Allow the painted parts to dry.

Note: do not paint the external elements of the frame; it should be done after you assemble a decobox.

 2. Join the parts according to the attached step-by-step instruction.

Note: all elements of the kit are laser-made, so it guarantees accuracy and compatibility. However, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture on the joined edges of the elements, as the material may swell, making assembly process difficult.

3. According to the step-by-step instruction, where necessary, apply the supplied glue. Let the glue dry.

Note: To assemble the parts, you can also use Deco Wood or the Universal transparent glue by Fabrika Decoru. 

4. After drying, the outer edges of the finished composition can be painted or decorated.
