Hello everyone!
Today Julia Pilat @pilatyuliya is with you.
I had one dream... From year to year I have been developing a desire to create driftwood. And today is the day to make this desire come true.
These little houses are made of cardboard. First, I primed them with Acrylic gesso, then added a little texture with Modeling texture paste. And Chalk paint helped to revive, add colors and breathe life into these cardboard houses. With the help of bitumen, I aged the walls, added shadows and worn out look. The doors and roof of the houses are made of real wood, which I found near a fishing boat at the sea. I love these little details so much. The tree itself I found on the Dead Sea, it is light and all the metal elements were very easy to attach to the base. I gave it a little color with the help of Shabby chalk paste.
I was sure that these chalk paints were just made for such projects, and I was not wrong.
Thank you for visiting us. Inspiration to all of you and see you soon.
